Demystifying the Assembly of the UPLIFT Keyboard Tray

Are you one of those people who hates reading assembly instructions? Do you learn better by watching? Are you thinking of adding a keyboard tray to your office set up? If you answered yes to any of those questions, we have a video just for you! Assembling a keyboard tray is definitely easier than I expected, but there are a couple of steps that are important to follow, so we made a video, starring me, that demonstrates the process. While I am demonstrating on the UPLIFT Large Keyboard Tray, it’s a fairly standard procedure that will be nearly the same for other popular keyboard tray systems.

One thing you will want to remember is that you MUST attach the board in order to remove the shipping pin and adjust the height of the tray. This really mystifies some people, but it’s actually not magic; it works this way because the mechanism is spring-loaded, and you need the leverage created by the tray in order to release and adjust it. This is probably the number one source of confusion that we hear about when it comes to assembling a keyboard tray, but, lucky for you, we made this video that not only explains, but shows how to do it correctly.

If you do have any questions that are not answered by the video, please feel free to call us or use our live chat feature, and we’ll be happy to assist!
