The difference between the models is demographics: the Ergohuman V2 chairs are primarily for smaller users. A smaller seat, and with arm rests that now slide inward, the Ergohuman V2 Chairs V200FBLK offer those petite users a different fit than they would find in previous Ergohuman models.

- Tilt tension control is located on the side of the seat cushion to provide for quick and easy adjustment
- 5-position back angle tilt-lock feature lets users lock the back in 4 levels of recline or upright
- 4-way arms are height and width adjustable, slide forward and back, and pivot to accommodate a wider variety of body types, postures and workstations needs
- Seat shape is designed to provide long-term support, including a minimized front seat edge that reduces pressure placed on the back of the legs while sitting
- Warranty covers all working parts for the lifetime of the product

I received the chairs today and they are perfect. Thank you for your personal attention to my shipping snafu. In this day and age of the internet and push button instant gratification, we sometimes forget that the real value is not in a price that is 1% better. It's in the value added by empathetic people how really try to help. Maybe you should create a company tag line like "Real humans providing great human solutions."
