RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process. We have a fully staffed team of experts who can walk you step by step through this process.

Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN RESELLABLE CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Restocking fees for returns are listed below. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

E-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number then return the merchandise in NEW condition and in the original shipping container. There is no restocking fee for replacing a defective item with the same model. You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

Restocking Fees:

  • Restocking fees are waived for defective merchandise that is exchanged for identical product.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except as listed below:
    • All chairs and desks incur a 25% restocking fee
    • Special order items are not refundable; this includes chairs custom covered in colors other than solid black or gray, or chairs that include non-standard options
    • Custom cut mats and rugs are not returnable
  • Cancellations made after production has started on a customized product are subject to restocking fees
  • Refusing shipment does not exempt buyer from restocking fees.
  • With the exception of defective product exchanged within the first 30 days, you are responsible for return shipping charges and all refunds are responsible for original shipping costs too. This means that if you originally got free shipping, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • No refunds are available 30 days after date of receipt of product.
We will email you an RMA form. Please complete the form in its entirety and include a copy with the equipment to be returned. All returns must have an RMA number or we must refuse the return.
