The Knoll Cyclone Side Table was first conceived in 1953 by Isamu Noguchi as a metal wire and wood rocking stool, but it soon evolved into this sculptural-based table with a cast-iron black porcelain-finished foot. Knoll Cyclone Side Tables are available in either a black or white laminate top, and are also available in a larger dining size as the Knoll Cyclone Dining Table.Read More...

The Knoll Space Cyclone Side Table started as a rocking stool of wire and wood and eventually became this side table, envisioned as a companion to the children's version of the Bertoia Wire Chair. The result is a beautiful natural birch edge laminate top sitting atop a steel wire sculpture and cast iron base. These playfully-designed Noguchi Cyclone Tables were envisioned as a child's table, but will work in almost any setting.
