Shelton Mindel's Knoll Space SM Small Coffee Table was inspired by the "impossible forms" of renowned graphic artist M.C. Escher. Its dynamic, continuous steel base appears to be a seamless, non-concentric extrusion with no beginning or end, calling to mind some of Escher's most famous designs. Clear and concise design concepts are a trademark of Shelton Midel & Associates, and Knoll SM Coffee Tables are a reflection of this aesthetic.
