Although not my first choice for extended periods (8+ hours of use every day), the flexible slotted seat and back are comfortable and supportive and I wouldn't hesitate to sit in this chair a few hours every day. The best part is that the chair ships fully assembled and weighs only eleven pounds, making it no problem to carry with you.
