Conset makes no warranties, either written, oral, express, implied, or statutory relating to the limitation of goods purchased from or through Conset. Reseller hereby excludes any warranty of buyer's remedies merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer waives all claims against Conset relating to goods purchased from or through Conset, and agrees to assert all claims for breach of warranty, contract, or tort against the manufacturer of the goods. The parties agree that buyer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be for the repair or replacement of defective goods by the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's customary warranty. All specifications and engineering information have been obtained from the product manufacturers for buyer's convenience only. Conset does not assume responsibility for accuracy of the information provided by the manufacturer.
ergoCentric Seating Systems hereby warrants all of its Office Seating products against defects and functional failure of materials including the pneumatic lift, for as long as the chair is in use by the original purchaser, with the following exceptions:
The Plus Size seating warranty is valid for users weighing up to 350 lbs. For all 24 Hour seating, the warranty is valid for continuous use multi-shift operations for users weighing up to 280 lbs.
ergoCentric will repair or replace any product or materials, covered by this warranty, found to be defective or inferior within the warranted period. This warranty includes the cost of labor and shipping. Claims are to be made directly to ergoCentric or to the authorized dealer from whom the chairs were purchased. Product or materials for which a claim has been made, must be made available for inspection by an authorized ergoCentric representative.
These manufacturer's warranties shall be valid only during the term of these warranties; and while the products herein warranted are in the possession of the original purchaser. The original purchaser shall mean the party which first purchased the products for its own use whether from ergoCentric or an authorized ergoCentric dealer.
For standard use, ErgoGenesis warrants to the original purchaser from the original date of purchase, that its BodyBilt products (as listed and described below) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. ErgoGenesis will repair or replace, at its option, to the original purchaser only, any defects in products, parts, or components resultant from normal single shift use, as listed and described below (labor is not necessarily included). ErgoGenesis will not elect replacement unless repair is not commercially practical. Normal wear or abuse of products, parts, fabrics, and components are not covered. All features, except those noted below, shall be covered to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the chair.

Most Extech products are warranted for one year. Certain products qualify for a three-year warranty. Please inquire about warranty information on your specific purchase.
All Goldtouch products are covered under a one year manufacturer's warranty from date of original purchase. The one year warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear.
The following warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Humanscale offers the following warranties on its products:
This Warranty is applicable to the initial purchaser only and is nontransferable. If products are procured through authorized Humanscale Dealerships, the end-user customer must be registered with Humanscale for the warranty to be in effect. Humanscale warrants that, at the time of customer's receipt, the product will be in good working order and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper installation or operation. Humanscale will not be responsible for damage due to service, maintenance, modifications or tampering by anyone other than a Humanscale authorized representative. In the event a product is defective and Humanscale receives written notice of the defect within the Warranty period, Humanscale, at its option, will either repair or replace the defective product. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by a carrier or transportation of the product from one location to another, or alterations made by owner.
Innovative warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when the title passes to the Buyer. Innovative will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product without charge (shipping charges excluded) for a period of 10 years, except as noted below:
Warranty does not apply if the product damage resulted from Buyer abuse, misuse or negligence. Innovative may require proof of purchase before performing any repairs or replacing any products during the warranty period. Except as specifically set forth above, Innovativemakes no warranties, express or implied and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Repair or replacement of the product ordered from Innovative shall be Buyer's exclusive remedy.
Knoll warrants to the original purchaser only that the products Knoll manufactures and sells to purchaser are free of defects in workmanship and materials, during the applicable warranty period set forth below. Warranty period set forth below is for 24-hour, 7 days a week, multi shift use (includes parts and labor to repair). Should any failure to conform with this limited warranty appear to a product listed below during the applicable warranty period from the date of shipment, Knoll shall, upon prompt written notice, repair or replace, at its option and costs, the affected part or parts.
This warranty does not apply to:
The express warranties contained herein are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose and all other warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
The remedies provided above are the purchaser's sole remedies for any failure of Knoll to comply with its obligations regarding the workmanship of its products. Correction of any nonconformity in the manner and for the period of time provided shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities of Knoll, with respect to or arising out of the product furnished here-under.
All Neutral Posture Seating and Accessories are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the product's lifetime. Normal use is defined as wear which occurs in an office environment during the course of a normal single-shift usage workday (8 hours per day/5 days per week). This lifetime warranty shall be for all lines and components except as noted:
Neutral Posture's warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at Neutral Posture's option, of defective products which have been reported by the original purchaser to be defective in workmanship or material and which are found to be so by Neutral Posture upon inspection. Defective products shall be returned at the discretion of the corporate office and all returns must be authorized in advance. Neutral Posture will assume no responsibility for any labor charges. Freight for products and parts covered under warranty will be covered for the forty-eight (48) contiguous states and the District of Columbia with the method of shipping at Neutral Posture's discretion. The user shall be responsible for all maintenance service, which includes: lubricating and cleaning of the product, assembly, adjustment and performing operation checks. Neutral Posture will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident or if the user fails to perform the maintenance service referred to above. The warranty printed above is the only warranty applicable to these products. All other warranties expressed or limited, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
The Neutral Posture N-dure and Big & Tall Series come standard with the benefits of the following continuous-shift warranty. The continuous-shift warranty covers all components of the chair (including upholstery with a double rub rating of over 1M) for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase except the following:
Other Neutral Posture products may be warranted for continuous-shift use through the purchase of the continuous-shift warranty. Neutral Posture products not subject to the terms of our continuous-shift warranty, but used in such an environment (exceeding 8 hours per day/5 days per week), are to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years. Neutral Posture shall have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident or if the user fails to perform the maintenance service for the product. All other terms and conditions of our lifetime single-shift warranty apply.
Lifetime Warranty: All NoTrax floor matting is manufactured of the highest quality material and workmanship. Dependability and service of our products are guaranteed under normal conditions of use, or a full refund or replacement (based on the manufacturer's discretion) will be made. Buyer has the responsibility to determine the suitability of the product and assumes any liability in connection with such use. NoTrax shall not be liable for damages in excess of purchase price of product. Warranty does not apply to splicing or seaming of mats. Laminate-top products (including UniFusion products) with foam backing are not guaranteed against spike heels or stool legs. Superior Manufacturing Group guarantees the bond on all NoTrax laminated mats that incorporate the UniFusion process for the lifetime of the mat. The bond is guaranteed under normal conditions of use in reasonable dry application environments, or a full refund or replacement mat (based on the manufacturer's discretion) will be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or replacements. This lifetime warranty protects against de-lamination or bond failure, and does not cover issues unrelated to the bond such as wear or foam tears.
Eurotech offers the following warranty on its products, based on a 40-hour workweek and a 250 pound weight limit:
Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts (excluding armpads) will be free from material defects; Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components. The warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor, but Raynor does not charge any shipping to mail out or bring back defective parts. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Eurotech is not liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.
All Rhino mats are warranted for two years, except as noted below:
Shimpo Instruments warrants, to the original purchaser of new products only, that its products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and proper maintenance for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty shall not be effective if the product has been subject to overload, misuse, negligence, or accident, or if the product has been repaired or altered outside of Shimpo Instruments' authorized control in any respect which in Shimpo Instruments' judgment, adversely affects its condition or operation.
The foregoing warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty, and Shimpo Instruments hereby disclaims all other warranties, expressed, statutory or implied, applicable to the product, including, but not limited to all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.
Under this warranty, Shimpo Instruments sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective product or part, at Shimpo Instruments option. Shimpo Instruments reserves the right to satisfy warranty obligation in full by reimbursing Buyer for all payments made to Shimpo Instruments, whereupon, title shall pass to Shimpo Instruments upon acceptance of return goods. To obtain warranty service, Purchaser must obtain Shimpo Instruments authorization before returning the product, properly repackaged, freight pre-paid to Shimpo Instruments.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Shimpo Instruments harmless from and against all claims and damages imposed upon or incurred arising, directly or indirectly, from Buyer's failure to perform or satisfy any of the terms described herein. In no event shall Shimpo Instruments be liable for injuries of any nature involving the product, including incidental or consequential damages to person or property, any economic loss or loss of use.
Any statements made by the Seller's representative do not constitute warranties except to the extent that they also appear in writing. This writing constitutes the entire and final expression of the parties' agreement.
Steelcase Inc. ("Steelcase") warrants that Steelcase, Turnstone, and Details brand products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, except as set forth below. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, regardless of shift usage, and covers the original purchaser for products delivered in the Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, if a product fails under ordinary use as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, Steelcase will (i) repair or, at Steelcase's option, replace the affected product at no charge, with a new or refurbished product of comparable function, performance and quality, or (ii) refund the purchase price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
This limited warranty is the sole remedy for product defect and no other express or implied warranty is provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Steelcase shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages. The implied warranty of merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use) is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisidictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser acquiring a product from Steelcase or a Steelcase authorized reseller for the purchaser's own use and not for resale, remarketing or distribution.
Each one of our UPLIFT Desk products is covered by a limited warranty, based on our confidence in the superior quality of our frames, motors, electronics, desktops and accessories.
This warranty does not cover any problems which result from improper set-up, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, abuse, or force majeure, such as hurricane or floods.
Imperfections that occur naturally, such as those sometimes found in reclaimed or solid woods, do not qualify for repairs or replacements. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your desktop, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
Also, consequential (the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged in the event of our product malfunctioning) and incidental (loss of time, loss of use) damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Coverage begins on the day you receive your order, warranted to the original owner only, and lasts the full term listed below.

In the rare event that something does go wrong with any of your UPLIFT products, just let us know. We will replace items or parts at no cost to you, and ship them via standard ground service anywhere in the lower 48 United States for free. Expedited shipping is available at your expense. If you are outside the US48, you will be responsible for shipping charges only, regardless of method.
Warranty support for UPLIFT solid wood desktops includes expert advice from our woodworker on how to care for your custom desktop, as well as assessment of any issues that may arise. You will also play a big part in the life of your custom wood desktop. Handmade wood furniture requires some basic maintenance on your part to keep it in tip-top shape and looking great for years to come.
The UPLIFT Limited Warranty covers only parts, not labor.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee. We also offer discounts if you’d like a quote on a new model to replace an out-of-warranty item.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Workrite warrants to the original purchaser that the products it manufactures are free from defects in design, material and workmanship for the life of the product, subject to the limitations below. With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, any product, part or component which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. The following exceptions to the limited lifetime warranty apply:
Workrite's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any product or part that it determines to be defective after inspection by its authorized representative, following receipt of written notice of the defect from purchaser within the warranty period. This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is not applicable outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This warranty is based on normal installation and use of the product in an 8-hour shift. This warranty does not apply to:

The warranty set forth above is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
