- How does the Hanging Storage Cubby install to my desk?
Just unbox the cubby and slide it onto the edge of your desk—that's it; you're done. The optional Hanging Storage Cubby Door requires minimal installation.
- How does the cubby work to increase my desk storage at my sit-stand desk?
The 7.1" W x 13.6" H x 14" D storage space within the Hanging Storage Cubby is large enough to store many frequently used items such as laptops, tablets, notepads, binders, purses, and shoes. A durable felt pad on the top tray and bottom floor prevents scratches and scuffs. The upper tray is sized to accommodate smaller items, like phones, wallets, pens, and keys.
- Will this fit under my desk if I already have another drawer, shelf, or keyboard tray installed?
It depends. You will need at least a 7.3" W x 12" D space on the edge of the desktop without interference from the frame or accessories below. Be mindful of the overall height of 17.5". Contact us if you have any questions about your configuration.
- How stable is this once it's on the edge of my desk? Will it fall off?
Although the Hanging Storage Cubby doesn't require any screws or assembly, it's extremely solid and well counterbalanced. There is almost no chance of it coming off of your desk, even when adjusting. The cubby stays put, so you don't have to worry about it coming off or falling onto the floor when adding or removing items.
- Can I use this with other desks?
Yes, this accessory is compatible with any desk that has a desktop no thicker than 2.3".
