Not as good as VIP accessory
I tried this and the VIP accessory. The VIP accessory is much better due to the palm rests. Honestly, I can't believe that they sell this keyboard without palm rests, I find it pretty awkward to use without palm rests and think they should be included. In any case, this does what it says but compared to the VIP accessory the V3 is a three star product.

I can't imagine using a Kinesis keyboard without this kit. It gives you a lot of adjustability.

Decent accessory
The V3 is nice for alllowing you to adjust the height of the Kinesis keyboard. However, moving the keyboard around, the V3 would sometimes slip into the lower setting, or vice-versa. Would be nice if there was a way to lock the height.

This is a great and inexpensive addition to the Freestyle. It gives you basically all the flexibility of positioning that the Kinesis Maxim offers.
