So close to perfect
Pros:

Build quality, noise
Showed up fully assembled and ready to go. Very thankful for that. Overall I've found the chair very comfortable and adjustable. My only real complaints are about the build quality. The 4D armrests feel a bit cheap and flimsy, the chair (cylinder?) clunks and knocks, and the seat cushion doesn't fully lock in place. Not dealbreakers considering you're paying far less, but considering how great other Steelcase chairs I've used are it feels like a little bit of a letdown. Close to the perfect budget chair but not quite.
