good chair, but skimpy padding
This stool fits well in my tiny shop. The saddle shape gives good support for workbench tasks. After 4 or more hours on the stool, the rather skimpy padding makes pressure points uncomfortable. The stool is sturdy, and I expect it to last a long time.

Perfect office stool on casters!
I like this stool as I have taken off all the backs and arms of my other "regular" office chairs, but the force your bottom to be seated into a slight bowl dip position. And after many years with the same chairs (rotating the out throughout my full seated work day) the bolts, screws, etc. have just managed to work their way through the batting or cushion portion of the fabric. Granted, I've used the same chairs for fifteen years. I put this new saddle - style stool together this morning and it already has forced my posture to a more upright position. I work on multiple computers and different levels, so casters and height adjustment are a "must-have" for me. So, I think I have found what I hope will be my new office mate for many years to come! Highly recommend if you are in agreement with how "regular" office chairs in the same price point feel.

Saddle Stool Seat
My craft table is the proper height for standing but there are times when sitting would be nice as well. This stool fits the bill perfectly. It is sturdy and remarkably comfortable. I can work at the table, maintain my posture, and experience no lower back pain sitting on this. I gave it 4 stars because it is a little difficult to get on at the height I have it set at. A lock on the wheels that was foot operated would have garnered that coveted fifth star. Otherwise all praise and no complaints.

I bought the chair because of some recent back pain. I sit at a desk all day and the pain in my back had gone into my legs to the point where it hurt to walk.
Since using this chair I have not had any problems with my back and the low back muscles seem to be getting stronger. I would buy this chair again.
