The Human Solution offers the following freight delivery options for some of our products. Please be aware that these options are not necessarily available for every product. Prices may differ under certain circumstances. We will always contact you for your approval of a price discrepancy before we charge you or ship your order. If you have questions about freight delivery or would like a price quote on adding white glove services to an item that does not feature those options, please contact us at 800-531-3746.

Platinum level delivery

Delivery location: The delivery agents will bring the shipment to the room of your choice inside your home. This includes up to two flights of stairs (a flight equals 4-15 steps). Please contact us if you need additional flights.
Transit Time: Depending on location, 2-14 business days. Once your order has reached the delivery terminal, the freight carrier will call to give you a 4 hour window to arrange for delivery.
Packaging and assembly: The delivery agents will remove and dispose of all packaging as well as provide up to 30 minutes of light set up including the use of tools. Set up and installation services are not provided in the state of California.
If you need additional installation time, it will cost $30 for each additional 15 minute segment or portion thereof. Please contact us if this additional time is needed. Assembly services do not include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups.

Delivery requires a four hour window, Monday - Friday prior to 4 PM. Deliveries after this time may be arranged and may cost approximately $100. Please contact us if you need to schedule a time that is outside of this range.

Please let us know ahead of time if your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and provide us with the requirements. Failure to do so will result in order fulfillment delays. The requirement for a Certificate of Insurance may result in a fee of up to $50.

Silver level delivery

Delivery location: The delivery agents will bring the shipment to the desired room or office, this includes up to two flights of stairs (a flight equals 4-15 steps). Please contact us if you need additional flights.

Residential lift gate delivery

Delivery location: The freight truck will park in front of your home and has a device to unload the shipment from the back of the truck to the ground. If the delivery agent has a pallet jack, they will try to deliver the shipment to your front door or garage, but they're limited by the abilities of their pallet jack. A pallet jack is a device to move heavy shipments on pallets about, they do not go up stairs or steep inclines.
Transit Time: Depending on location, 2-5 business days.
Packaging and assembly: The product will remain in the original packaging and no assembly is provided.
Freight carriers sometimes offer their own services. Once you have received tracking information from us, you can contact the carrier directly to get more information. If you arrange for additional services through the carrier, you'll need to pay them directly.

Residential standard delivery

Delivery location: The freight truck will park in front of your home, and you'll be responsible for moving the shipment off of the truck and into your residence. One or more friends, family members, or neighbors are recommended for this movement. Our desk shipments typically weigh approximately 200 - 270 lbs for a single desk and all of its packaging.
Transit Time: Depending on location, 2-5 business days.
Packaging and assembly: The product will remain in the original packaging and no assembly is provided.

Business lift gate delivery

Delivery location: The freight truck will park where desired and has a device to unload the shipment from the back of the truck to the ground. The delivery agent may be able to move the shipment a reasonable distance if reachable with their pallet jack. A pallet jack is a device to move heavy shipments on pallets about, they do not go up stairs or steep inclines.

Packaging and assembly: The product will remain in the original packaging and no assembly is provided.

A few helpful people may be substituted for a forklift or delivery dock. Our desk shipments typically weigh approximately 200 - 275 lbs for a single desk and all of its packaging.

Non continental US delivery - we will call or email you with quote

If shipping freight to an International, Alaskan, or Hawaiian address, we will contact you with a shipping quote. We will not proceed with your order unless you approve of the shipping costs.

If shipping freight to a School, Military Base, Prison, or Church address, we will contact you with a shipping quote. We will not proceed with your order unless you approve of the shipping costs. The costs are usually not much more than the other freight options, but schools, military installations, prisons, and churches can vary widely in their receiving capabilities and availability.
