The ergoCentric Chameleon Sit-Stand Keyboard Tray System is a quick and easy sit-stand solution for combating the health issues associated with sitting at a computer for several hours a day. While a standing desk is still the best solution for standing while you work, we realize for some this is not an option, and the Chameleon sit-stand keyboard tray gives you 8.25" of height adjustment above the track, which is enough for many users to be able go from sitting to standing with a fixed-height desk. Periodically changing your mouse platform from right to left and changing your mousing position is another great way of fighting the pain issues associated with computing, and the Chameleon's adjustable mouse platform allows for this as well as mouse-over, mouse-under or in-line mousing with no extra components and tool-free adjustment.
