Humanscale Keyboard Tray Same Day Ship Models 900 & 500
All four in-stock configurations detailed in the options tab ship with a 22" track for the mechanism, so you will need at least 22 1/2" clearance to mount the track under your work surface. Otherwise, you can select an alternate track length by building your own keyboard tray.

Humanscale Keyboard Tray System 5G90090HGSDS
This leading Humanscale keyboard tray system consists of the 900 rectangular keyboard platform with the 5G mechanism, the 90H mouse platform (an 8.5" diameter high clip platform) and a 20" gel detachable palm rest. The Humanscale 900 platform's design supports nearly all standard keyboards.

The 90H Clip Mouse Platform lets users adjust their mousing position for maximum comfort. With height, depth, lateral and tilt adjustability, the 90H mouse platform can be positioned where it's needed for custom support. It can also be easily moved from one side of the keyboard to the other for left or right-hand use.

The Humanscale 500 system includes the wider 500 keyboard platform and the 5G mechanism. It comes with a G27 palm rest: it's a 27" Lycra covered, detachable gel palm rest (not pictured below).

Mouse Pad - Humanscale Keyboard Tray
Add a soft mouse pad to your Humanscale Keyboard Tray System. The CMPGEL8 is notched to fit the clip mouse perfectly; the MPGEL8 has an integrated gel palm rest. Either mouse pad will work with the clip mouse platform or 500 board.

A keyboard tray is a key component of an ergonomic workstation. Position your keyboard tray so you can type and mouse while keeping your wrists straight. The ideal height for the keyboard is at elbow height or lower. Typically you should locate the keyboard tray just above your lap height. Your upper arms should hang comfortably at your sides as you work. The keyboard tray should be gently sloped or tilted away from the user to allow the wrists to be straight instead of flexed. When properly adjusted, a keyboard tray allows the back, neck, shoulders, and wrists to relax. The size of the keyboard tray must accommodate the keyboard and any input device like a mouse. Avoid having your keyboard on a tray and your mouse on the desk.
