These armrests fit perfectly and give my 18-year-old (!) Freedom chair a new lease on life. They fit perfectly, look great, and are a snap to install. The only trick was that my chair uses "torx" type screws, so I needed a special screw bit, which I already had.

    Exactly What I Needed!

Exactly what I needed for my Humanscale Freedom chair. The arm pads on it were replacements themselves (and not good ones), and were falling apart from the strain of sharp and pointy elbows. These are much better -- the covering is a soft and supple rubber, so it will hold up much better to the strain. I sprung for the gel pads and they are incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended! They'll fix you right up, and it's a 2-minute install. Just like the picture shows -- 2 screws and you're done. So easy my 1-year-old did it for me.

Replaced my Freedom Chair arm pads with replacement products from Human Solution.
Replacements great, just like originals. Unfortunately I had to order both sides altho just needed one so it was a fairly expensive product but worked great and look like new

Real OEM part and easy to replace

Posted by Matt on Nov 25th 2013

I purchased a used Human Scale Task Freedom chair. The arm pads had been used up by the previous owner but the body of the chair was in great shape.

Needless to say I was happy to have found the option to replace the pads.

I decided to go with the gel ones and have really liked them. They are kind of a mat black rubber finish that seems very durable and don't look out of place with the leather on the rest of the chair. They are not as squishy as a gel mouse rest but give when your elbow rests on them taking off the tension.

This product comes standard with a 5-year warranty.
