The Humanscale Element Light is the first LED lamp of its kind to offer enough illumination to fulfill ergonomic requirements. The large, single-LED design offers consistent illumination with only one shadow. The construction features high recycled material content, low energy usage and a replaced LED unit, so the unique design features and materials in this desk can also earn your business LEEDs credits.
The Humanscale Element Light is now available in two models: the Element Classic and the Element 790 that offers a dimmer switch to adjust brightness.
Features - The Humanscale Element Task Lamp
- Single, multi-chip LED casts only one shadow, offers a larger footprint of consistent illumination than other LED lights and provides as much light as a 70 watt incandescent bulb using only 7 watts
- A series of heat-dispersing metal fins keep the lamp cool to the touch and allow the LED to operate at maximum brightness for its entire rated life
- Precision counterbalance design allows for knob-less and easy one-touch positioning
- 135° front-to-back head tilt and 90° side-to-side tilt plus 360° base rotation for infinite adjustment capabilities
- Maximum reach of 28 inches. Maximum height of 28 inches
- 2 colors - white with silver accents or all silver, plus 19 mounting options including panel mounts
- Universal power supply and interchangeable plug options for worldwide compatibility
- The Element's LED offers a lifespan of 60,000 hours, which is up to 30 years of daily use in a 9-to-5 office environment

Environmentally Friendly
The Element light is crafted of eco-friendly aluminum and plastic, containing up to 81% recycled content. It is 99% recyclable and ships in 70% recycled content packaging . Energy usage is a low 7 watts and the LED unit is replaceable, extending the life span of the unit. This lamp is eligible for LEED credits.
