The Knoll Space Paperclip Large Square Cafe Table is available in your choice of three top finishes, including a durable laminate with a molded urethane beveled edge which enables heavy use, a clear tempered glass with a polished pencil edge, and a natural cleft, beveled-edged slate. There are a variety of laminate and urethane edge color options to choose from as well within the laminate option. Square Paperclip Tables come with either a polished chrome or powder-coated black base, the latter of which can be used outdoors with minimal exposure to the elements if paired with a glass or slate top.

The Knoll Paperclip Large Square Cafe Table was conceived as a companion to the Knoll Handkerchief Stacking Chair in 1993 by Massimo and Lella Vignelli, and its playful design is indicative of the couple's Modernist design tendencies. Part of their design aesthetic was polishing artifacts to a glossy finish while maintaining functionality, and this is incorporated into the polished yet durable design of the Paperclip Table's top, whether you choose it in laminate, glass or slate.
