Eero Saarinen's streamlined furniture design approach is reflected in the Knoll Saarinen Round Coffee Table's effortless look and defining one-legged cast aluminum base. These pedestal tables cemented Saarinen's ideal of formal unity, an ideal which can also be seen in his other classic designs for Knoll, including the Knoll Womb Chair and the Saarinen Table's companion, the Knoll Tulip Chair.
