UpLift 446 Laminate Electric Sit-Stand Desks are designed to address a common problem faced by office workers: staying seated for long periods of time can lead to discomfort and reduce productivity and alertness. Using an electric height adjustable desk, it is possible to easily switch to a standing position. With a travel rate of 1.1" per second, this electric sit-stand height adjustable desk raises and lowers in seconds. Height adjustment is controlled with a switch mounted on the front edge of the worksurface. The pictured wooden privacy panel is not included with the desk. A user-constructed wooden privacy panel is structurally necessary for this desk to avoid stability and safety issues.

Model - UpLift 446 Laminate Electric Sit-Stand Desk
This ergonomic desk is available in three sizes. All desks have a height range from 27" to 47.5", including the 1" thick laminate desktop. All height adjustable desk bases feature an extension rod that lets the user configure the base's width to fit the width of their worksurface. Because of this, the pictured wooden privacy panel is not included, as the dimensions of the panel must be custom matched with the width necessary for the individual worksurface. Users may construct their own privacy panel to match their worksurface.

The worksurface may be ordered with a Maple, Beech, Oak or Cherry* veneer finish.
*Please note that Cherry is not a true cherry wood color. It is more of a dark beech color with a slight pink hue. Also, oak and cherry finishes have an 8 to 12 week lead time.
Shape - UpLift 446 Laminate Electric Sit-Stand Desk
The UpLift 446 is available with four shapes: a rectangle, a rectangle with a center cut indentation, and L-shaped desks that are longer on the left or right side. Exact worksurface dimensions can be found in the table below.
Note: Only models 63 and 79 can be ordered L-shaped. Also, the center cut shape is made to allow your body to sit closer to the reach zone of your desk. It is approximately 31 inches wide at the front of the desk and 8 inches deep at the deepest point. Most customers prefer the rectangular desk and do not order the center cut model.
