The Via Swopper Chair provides a fantastic addition to the ergonomic office, as its buoyant spring design promotes subtle movement that strengthens your spine and core. With a few hours of daily use, it can improve circulation, reduce fatigue, and increase back comfort by encouraging frequent changes in posture. However, I do not recommend using it as your only office chair as the seat does not offer proper support for full days and, with all the ways this chair engages your body, you'll eventually feel fatigued, resulting in poor posture.

The Via Swopper Chair provides a modern approach to seating and back health. Traditional ergonomic chairs provide plenty of support, but few encourage users to change posture throughout the day in the way the Swopper does. Its unique design encourages subtle, dynamic movement, strengthening the user's core and spine as they bounce and balance. For users who find themselves seated for long periods of time or have sit-to-stand desks, the Swopper can increase circulation and productivity with regular use.
