Humanscale Freedom Chair with Headrest includes the following ergonomic features:

Arms - Humanscale Freedom Chair
Choose between standard or advanced arms with soft, durable Duron gell-filled, urethane arm pads.
- Move in tandem to eliminate the dangers of uneven arm positioning
- Offer lift and release action for immediate repositioning without buttons or locks
- Include 6" range of vertical motion
- Lower to thigh-level for close table or desk work
- Attach to the backrest, so arms stay in the same relation to body while reclining
- Arms slide left and right for intuitive width adjustment
- Are 1 1/4" longer than standard armrests for additional forearm support

Seat Cushion - Humanscale Freedom Chair
You can select between the double padded, contoured foam seat or the contoured Technogel gel seat. Both the foam and gel seat provide maximum pressure distribution and unmatched, long-term comfort.
Our recommendation: Technogel has a firmer "sit" than the standard foam that softens up somewhat after a few minutes and will offer better back support if you are seated for long periods of time. Users who are up and down more may prefer the foam.
Frame Color - Humanscale Freedom Chair
The Freedom Chair is available with three frame colors: graphite and titanium frames are standard colors, and the polished aluminum frame is an upgrade available with either titanium or graphite shells on the cushions and arms.
