A Conference Room Table With a Twist

While I've spoken previously of standouts at our SXSW booth - the Humanscale Ballo, in particular - by far our greatest hit was the introduction of our biggest height-adjustable system yet: the UPLIFT Sit-Stand Conference Room and Ping-Pong Table. It's a design that's been a long time coming, and at 108" x 60", the UPLIFT Conference Room Table is perfectly sized for both boardrooms and break rooms.
Built to order from a mix of beautiful maple and walnut woods assembled and finished by local woodworkers, the UPLIFT Conference Room Table is a full 1.75" thick and supported by a series of steel beams and our proven UPLIFT 900 series legs in a traditional four-leg configuration. This provides a full 710 lbs of lifting capacity (not including the desktop) and allows for the table surface to rapidly move from 25.25" to 50.75". By adjusting the height of the entire table using the included digital memory keypad, you'll easily be able to lower the table down to create a more comfortable workspace for your board of directors, or bring the entire surface up to host a meeting while standing.
Of course, the ability to host a meeting on your feet wasn't the real reason the UPLIFT Conference Room Table was such a hit at SXSW. As the full name might imply, the 108" x 60" table surface happens to also be the same size as a regulation ping pong table. When the workday is over (or when nobody's looking), you can attach the included clamp-on table net and bring out the included paddles and ping pong balls to enjoy a quick game of table tennis with a coworker.
