Trouble synching your Goldtouch product with your Mac or PC?

Both keyboard and keypad should be plugged separately into the computer
The keyboard and keypad must both be plugged directly into the computer before they can be used with a docking station or KVM switch
If you receive a message from the Mac asking you to press the key to the left of the right shift key and the key to the right of the left shift key, press "Fn" and "0" on the keypad and then "Fn" and "." on the keypad.
Keypad power requirements: minimum power requirement is 150mA and the maximum is 500mA.
