Note: Same day ship chairs and products that do not ship FedEx (Airtouch and Leap WorkLounge, etc.) are not included in this program; feel free to contact us for specific exclusions.
Process
- If a customer decides to return a product within 30 days of receiving the item, they would simply contact our customer service team to set up a return.
- We will issue the customer a FedEx label for a quick and easy return.
- Customer sends the product back to Steelcase.
- We will credit our customer the full amount of their purchase as soon as Steelcase processes the return.
