We're excited to announce the return of Steelcase's free ship, free return promotion. During this time, if customers decide to return product within 30 days of usage, they have the ability to send returned product back to Steelcase without any restocking fee. Additionally, the product will ship back on Steelcase's FedEx account, so there is no charge for the return shipping.

It is our hope that offering a 30 day free trial will encourage what Steelcase has coined "the butt test" for Steelcase chairs, and what Charlie Sheen has coined "Winning!" for the rest of their high-end office tools and accessories. We're very excited about this promo because we love Steelcase products, and it provides a hassle-free trial period without any negative side-effects or post-purchase trauma.

• Free Ship, Free Return only applies to products with less than 30 days of usage. Returns will not be accepted 30+ days from the received date.



Note: Products that do not ship FedEx (Airtouch and Leap WorkLounge, etc.) are not included in this program; feel free to contact us for specific exclusions.

Process

1. If a customer decides to return a product within 30 days of receiving the item, they would simply contact our customer service team to set up a return.
2. We will issue the customer a FedEx label for a quick and easy return.
3. Customer sends the product back to Steelcase.
4. We will credit our customer the full amount of their purchase as soon as Steelcase processes the return.
