Monitor Stands, Risers and Platforms |
Monitor stands or risers are another option to consider when setting up your workstation. Although they're not designed to enable the kind of adjustment that monitor arms specialize in, they can be useful for applications wherein you have several monitors and the need to align them.
Given the choice between a monitor arm and a riser, I would choose a monitor arm every time. Monitor arms give you a range of adjustability and the freedom to easily change your monitor's position during the day. Risers, or monitor standards, can be a useful temporary solution and sit on your desk without the use of hardware. Give us a call if you're not sure which you need.
