The Shadow has seat and back cushions attached by specially engineered elastomeric mounts. Because of this, the seat and back can both gently flex and respond to changes in the user's body position. The suspension does this automatically, eliminating the need for adjusting controls. Other key ergonomic features include adjustable lumbar support, synchro tilt mechanism, seat depth adjustment, and pivoting adjustable arm caps.

The frame comes standard in mirror polish aluminum, but it is also available in a black finish.
